We have a two week cancellation policy. You will receive a full refund if you cancel two weeks (14 days) or more in advance. If you need to cancel within two weeks, we do not offer a refund, but we’d love for you to reschedule!


Camp & Glamp Adventures recognizes that much of the traditional campground model is built on in-person traditions that simply aren’t needed when using today’s technology. Your time is precious and we want you to get to what you came here for, so we’ve eliminated a lot of wasted time when it comes to the check in/out process.

  • Customer Service is available remotely everyday (via text) from 6am until midnight.

We strive to provide you with exceptional, responsive service while remaining invisible. This means everything you need should be waiting for you in your tent but you are always able to text us any questions or requests. Kindly note, at this time we do not offer mid-stay cleanings. We recognize this type of service may not be the best fit for everyone and kindly ask you to keep this in mind before booking.

Reservations can be made at any time but we operate April 1 through October 31. Special events, weddings and other special exceptions can be accommodated on an individual bases. Inquire with us and we can create a custom quote for your special event.

Once we have agreed on a date and location, a $300 refundable deposit is required for each tent and 50% of the rental agreement are required to hold your date. The remainder of the balance is due 14 days prior to your adventure. We do not offer refunds, but we can reschedule your glamping adventure to another available date prior to 5 pm the day before your adventure is set to begin. Once we have arrived at your glampsite, we cannot reschedule.

We will deliver about anywhere. Delivery and set-up fees are included up to 30 miles (Brooklyn, WI area). See below for more information on delivery charges.

$00 for 0-30 miles (Brooklyn, WI)
$25 for 31-40 minutes/miles
$50 for 41-50 minutes/miles
$75 for 51-60 minutes/miles
$100 for 61-70 minutes/miles

We will have your glamping tent(s) set up by 4:00 p.m. on the 1st day of the rental period. Tear-down will begin at 10:00 a.m. on the final day of the rental period.

Set-up/tear-down times may vary, we will communicate this with you prior to delivery.

Our 16′ canvas bell tent can accommodate one memory foam queen mattress or 2 memory foam twin mattresses, up to 6 twin air beds, or 8 sleeping bags.

Our 20′ canvas tent can accommodate up to 8 twin air beds or 2 queen air beds.

You can bring the doggos to one of our several dog-friendly canvas tents rentals (limited availability).

Dogs can NEVER be left alone inside your rental- not even if you are just outside at the fire pit and not even if they are crated.

Reason: If you experience a power outage and your dog has been left behind then it would be like being left in a hot car, putting your dog at risk. Dogs left alone have also tried to eat their way through the tent fabric (even trying to get to their owners who are just outside the rental) causing thousands in damages that the guest is responsible for.

We require dog owners pick up after their pet’s waste.

While the tent is 16ft, we require a 20ft x 20ft space to allow for the tension cords to function properly. The 20ft tent requires 24ft x 24ft of space.

Do not worry! Our canvas bell tent is designed to be weatherproof when utilized correctly. If light rain is expected, we will set up as scheduled. Refunds will not be distributed due to weather related concerns, glampers may reschedule date(s) if needed.

Yes! We are happy to pitch at your preferred location.  

Campsite Delivery: There is a 2 night minimum. Inquire early with Camp & Glamp and State Park/Campground to ensure availability! Glamper is responsible for securing campground reservations, agreeing to the campground’s terms & communicating date(s) with Camp & Glamp prior to reserving the site and our services. Campsite prices may vary/change. Options are subject to Camp & Glamp and State Park/Campground availability. Date(s) are not guaranteed. Some sites are No Power/water.

We accept payment by cash, debit, Venmo and credit cards. We’ll take gold too.

Please no smoking inside the tent. There will be a clean fee charged is there is any evidence someone smoked in one of our tents.

After your desired package or custom creation is delivered and set up, extend your stay for $125 the 3rd night and $75 per additional night!

We have a 2-night minimum weekday stay and a 2 night weekend minimum stay on most of our packages. Please inquire at hello@campandglampadventures.com

Glamping is the perfect place to practice social distancing vs being in a crowded hotel!


We are committed to the health and well-being of our guests and have shifted to all contactless check-in to limit exposure.

We are also following CDC cleaning protocols for the safety of our guests and our housekeeping staff.

When we book a tent or produce an event, we provide a customized document for your guests outlining everything they should pack and include a description of what’s included in the tents.

Since the tents require staking, cement blocks or water barrels are required when staking indoors or on a hard surface. We can also build wood platforms to stake into which we recommend for more permanent set ups. Please email us at hello@campandglampadventures.com, so we can work with you directly.

Each tent is constructed to meet or exceed NFPA 101 and CPAI 84 standards for flame resistance and have been treated to be mold and water resistant.

We are happy to provide property recommendations for events of all sizes and budgets, and have a comprehensive list of venues based on our past partnerships. Our stakes range from 6”-8”. If there are concerns about water or power lines, we ask that the venue/you flag any lines and let us know in advance. Tents can be set up for up to a week without any permanent damage to grounds. The Camp & Glamp Adventures season runs from May 1 to October 31 each year. In the future, we hope to have winter packages (think “warming tent” for snow showing or sledding).

We provide a standard bed sheet, pillows, and a light blanket for each bed (for certain packages only). For sleeping, we recommend sleeping bags or for an extra “campy” feel, those old blankets you have sitting in a storage bin in your basement.

Yes, we offer gift certificates for glamping.
